THE END OF AN ARTISTIC ERA!

As I have now reached the grand age of 81 with arthritis and eyesight problems, it is time to retire from painting full time, although I am still sculpting - arthritis doesn't stop me working the clay - a rolling pin applied with vigour does the trick!

You will be buying an unique and exclusive piece of artwork which have sometimes challenged me, but ultimately given me great joy to work - this comes as part of me is included in every piece- with love!

The paintings that are for sale are unpriced - I am accepting realistic and honest offers, with the buyer paying carriage and packing.

The paintings displayed throughout this site show how I have  loved to experiment with different styles and genres from photo-realistic to graphic and contemporary.   The substrates are traditional linen, canvas, silk, leather and hessian sacking!! All have their own particular problems when working,  but I love the challenge!

The story of what powers me to paint is in the About page - wildlife conservation, with a particular tiny orphan elephant taking the main stage!  Hankies at the ready - but it is a happy-ever-after story!
